1. Purpose
Sale of meals to eat in and takeaway dishes by ANYTIME. The order link opens the restaurant’s takeaway ordering service.
2. Prices
Menu prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. For any question about a price, contact the restaurant on 09 50 81 35 54.
3. Ordering & payment
No online payment: payment is made at the restaurant, on site or when collecting the takeaway order. Accepted payment methods: cash and bank card.
4. Collection & delivery
Takeaway: order online and collect at the restaurant (90 Rue du Rocher, 75008 Paris) at the time slot chosen when ordering. The restaurant does not deliver itself; delivery is possible by ordering through the Uber Eats or Deliveroo platforms, under their own terms.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Art. L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal DOES NOT APPLY to perishable foodstuffs or to catering services on a set date.
6. Legal warranties
Conformity (Art. L.217-4 et seq.) and hidden defects (Art. 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
